How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping costs can vary from country to country and are largely impacted by the size or weight of the package.
What shipping carriers are available?
We work with a variety of carriers, primarily FedEx, to ship orders to our customers. Carriers are chosen based on the most economical way to deliver your order, which can include FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service.

Please see FedEx’s Countries Served PDF for the full list of countries and supported services that we can ship to. If your country is not listed here, we may not be able to ship to your location, but we will be happy to investigate different solutions for you. Simply contact us for help.
**What other fees should I know about?
Please note that shipping rates charged by Anatomy Warehouse do NOT include fees associated with importing goods, such as tax, duty, customs fees, or brokerage fees. These charges are dictated by the recipient country’s government at the time of import and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Remittance for taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage, or other fees associated with importing are paid directly to the carrier. Failure to remit the required fees to the carrier will result in your order being returned to the United States. We will assess a 25% Restocking Fee for any product(s) returned to the United States without prior authorization, or failure to remit fees to the carrier. No refund for shipping costs paid to Anatomy Warehouse will be refunded.
How can I get a shipping quote?
To get a shipping quote to your destination, please add all the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to enter your delivery address and get a shipping rate before putting in any payment information. Alternatively, you can request a quote from our Sales Team by adding the items "To Quote" instead of "To Cart."
